Mission trip

To whom it may concern,
My name is Danny Parsons; I am a pastor, nurse, husband and father.
I would like to share with you an exciting opportunity that has been presented to me.
I am scheduled to go on a short term mission trip with the James Fund organization July 8 to the 14th of this year.
I will be going to orphanages in Cancun, Mexico .I will be participating in work projects at the children’s homes as well through personal connections and playtime with the kids.
These children come to homes from a variety of backgrounds- neglect, abuse, abandonment, and in some cases, economic inability of parents to provide for them. Helping an orphan discover their incredible potential, self- worth, future endeavors or even a simple smile is what I am called to do.
The James Fund grew out of overwhelming need.
• There are 148 million orphans worldwide
• These children have lost one or more parents
• Every year 12 million children become orphans
• Only 1% of these children will ever be adopted
I cannot however, do this alone. Would you please consider partnering with me, to enable me to go to these dear children? My total need is $1900.
